Wayne B. Latta, President & Chief Servant Officer (CSO), LATTA SAFETY SYSTEMS, LLC is certified by the Board of CERTIFIED SAFETY PROFESSIONALS; he holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an Associate degree in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America, and successful completion of Exemplar Global’s training for LEAD 45001 AUDITOR.

In April 2015 Mr. Latta formed LATTA SAFETY SYSTEMS, LLC to help businesses create “safety minded” people. Safety minded people actively and routinely seek to remove | reduce | restrict the threat of harm posed by hazards at work, at home and on the road. Their dedication to create a life free of uncontrolled threats is complete and undeniable through their actions. The ultimate mission is to consistently evade risk of injury.

Working more than 4 decades in Occupational Safety & Health Management, Wayne Latta has provided substantial health and safety support in a variety of industrial, manufacturing and construction settings. This included development of Safety and Health Management Systems, conducting training sessions for Sr. Management, Supervisors and frontline employees from one hour to two days in length; identifying potential HSE risks to people, property, community or environment; developing and executing HSE strategies impacting resources, management, operating procedures and policies; and facilitating a positive HSE culture and continuous improvement.
